After graduating with a four-year Diploma in Commercial Illustration from
the Queensland College of Art, Michele worked as an illustrator in the Zoology
Department at the University of Queensland.
In 1986 Michele established a school of watercolour and has had up to 35 students
enrolled at any one time. She has also regularly tutored for the Watercolour
Society of Queensland.
Michele has tutored throughout South-East Queensland and North-Eastern
New South
Wales. Some of these organizations include: Stanthorpe Art Group,
Beenleigh Art Society, Sunshine Coast Art Group, Tenterfield Art Group,
Art Smart, Redcliffe Art Group.
She has held six solo exhibitions and has won many prizes for her
work.
First -RNA and Forest Lake Rotary, Zonta Club of Blackall Range.
Second - RNA.and 2 at Forest Lake Rotary, Mitchell Art Show.
Overall Exhibition Prize– Kooralbyn International School and Zonta Club of Blackall Range.
